TORONTO, April 28, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE:GOLD)(TSX:ABX) (“Barrick” or the “Company”) today announced that it plans to change its name to Barrick Mining Corporation and from « Société aurifère Barrick » to « Société minière Barrick » in French, subject to shareholder approval at its upcoming Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on May 6, 2025.
